Quality Control:

Our platform automatically monitors voice quality per each route posted and will block routes based on a default threshold provided by buyer, the system calculates call quality based on the last 500 call attempts to the vendor.

Main Features
  • ASR Threshold : allows buyer to control the threshold for ASR , if the value goes below the threshold an action will be triggered
  • ACD Threshold: allows buyer to control the threshold for ACD , if the value goes below the threshold an action will be triggered
  • Automatic Retesting: Allows buyer to configure the time to retest the route and if values are improved route will be restored to its original state
Actions:

Quality Sub-System allows you to use the different actions once the threshold has been reached:

  • Notify: triggers an e-mail with a message informing you that quality has dropped on specific vendor/connection
  • Block: Removes the vendor/connection from routing group completely until route quality improves
  • Make last in routing: Updates the routing table for buyer and sets the Vendor/connection to be last in routing
